IMSA Parents' Association Council Friday/Finals Fest Volunteer Opportunities

 

Our kids LOVE Friday/Finals Fests!!!

If you help at Friday Fest, they will LOVE you!!!

 

When: Friday Fest Schedule (You can volunteer for as few or as many Friday Fests as you wish; during a particular Friday Fest, you can help for as little or as much time as you able.) 

Place: IMSA Student Union

How you can help:

1.    During Friday Fests - 

·        Start Time         Activity

·        6:15 p.m.          Set-up

·        6:30 p.m.          Serving Food

·        9:00 p.m.          Clean-up

2.    Bring food for Friday Fests -

·        Salads: fruit salads, vegetable salads, etc.

·        Main dishes: specialties, pasta, casseroles, etc.

·        Desserts: cookies, brownies, cakes, etc.

·        Snacks: chips, pretzels, etc.

·        Fresh fruit (whole or cut up)

·        Veggie tray and dips

·        Anything else you can think of
